QUALIFICATIONS:

● University/College graduates (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!) or College Level.
● Senior High School with Experience (More than 1 year)
● ESL teaching and Call Center work experience is a plus.
● Proficient in the English Language, Computer operations and AI Tools.
● Flexible in handling different ages and personalities of foreign nationals.
● Willing to work in graveyard shifts and weekends.
● Willing to learn.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Teach English to Asian students through an online setting.
● Attend skills coaching and training.
● Monitor/update lesson history of students.

The Company

In November of 2008, Access E-talk Plus, Inc. was established and held office at  3F Mango Square, General Maxillom Avenue, Cebu City, Philippines. It started with 5 teachers and introduced the Callan and DME classes online. The first company to use the internet technology to teach the English Language using these methods. New classes were also offered from beginner to advance level including General English, Easy English, TOEIC, CNN, Business English and Let’s Go Class.

On December 14, 2011, Access E-talk Plus, Inc. was the first Online ESL company to be certified to ISO 9001:2008. October 2012, we moved in to a better facility located at Cebu Business Park to accommodate our more than 100 teachers.

Our vision is to become one of the best online and face to face ESL school in Asia and to provide our teachers with immense knowledge on various teaching methods that will help our students learn English, the fun and easy way.
