Job Title: Staff- Accounting and Finance Section

Salary Range: 13,000- 16,000

Qualifications:
– A graduate of Accounting or any related course
– At least with one(1) year related work experience, preferred but not necessary
– Detail-oriented with strong skills in recordkeeping and documentation
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, resourceful and wiling to be trained
– Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero and office applications like OpenOffice, Microsoft, etc.
– Knowledgeable with government statutory benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR, PEZA, etc.)
– Monitor and update accounting reports
– Can work with less supervision and under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
– Handle banking transactions and manage company cash flow.
– Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements (do onsite and offsite work as needed) 
– Monitor and update accounting records, organize financial documents, and assist with audits.
– Support employee relations by participating in events and performing general clerical and bookkeeping tasks.
– Participate in and facilitate training sessions to promote professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● University/College graduates (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!) or College Level.
● Senior High School with Experience (More than 1 year)
● ESL teaching and Call Center work experience is a plus.
● Proficient in the English Language, Computer operations and AI Tools.
● Flexible in handling different ages and personalities of foreign nationals.
● Willing to work in graveyard shifts and weekends.
● Willing to learn.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Teach English to Asian students through an online setting.
● Attend skills coaching and training.
● Monitor/update lesson history of students.
