JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year experience in this role is preferred

Job Responsibilities
To work closely with HR/ADM Section Head to ensure that the day-to-day HR/ADM tasks and responsibilities has been met based on their schedule of activities
Align HR programs with the corporate direction and strategies.
Support in developing and implementing programs and policies to meet business/corporate goals.
Support in strengthening the operational, administrative & human resources requirements of the organization
Supports Back Office Manager on HR/ADM projects and Initiatives
Handles employment-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
Knowledgeable with PEZA rules and regulations
Knowledgeable in Philippine Laws and other legal and regulatory requirements
Knowledgeable in Purchasing, Warehousing, Maintenance and Facilities
Supports the Implementation of recruitment process including new hire orientation/onboarding.
Support line manager with grievance, disciplinary, and capability investigations and hearings.
Assist in Recruitment, and interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Comprehensive knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
