Job Responsibilities

  • Handling daily operational HR tasks.
  • Records management both hard and soft copies.
  • Assist in HR projects and Employee Engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to HR/ADM Section Head.
  • Assist with hiring processes (Establish and maintain networks with recruitment agencies for talent pool and sourcing).
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications if applicable.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Administer time keeping and employee benefits.
  • Coordinating employee training.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, certifications, and training logs.
  • Develop training and development programs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience in this role is preferred
  • With Recruitment experience is advantage
  • Can work with less supervision and keen attention to details
  • Good in communications and organizational skills
  • Flexible and willing to be trained
  • Dedicated, Hardworking, Willing to commit long-term
  • AI Savvy
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Computer literate with skills in MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

HR/ADM Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • To work closely with HR/ADM Section Head to ensure that the day-to-day HR/ADM tasks and responsibilities has been met based on their schedule of activities
  • Align HR programs with the corporate direction and strategies.
  • Support in developing and implementing programs and policies to meet business/corporate goals.
  • Support in strengthening the operational, administrative & human resources requirements of the organization
  • Supports Back Office Manager on HR/ADM projects and Initiatives
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable with PEZA rules and regulations
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Laws and other legal and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledgeable in Purchasing, Warehousing, Maintenance and Facilities
  • Supports the Implementation of recruitment process including new hire orientation/onboarding.
  • Support line manager with grievance, disciplinary, and capability investigations and hearings.
  • Assist in Recruitment, and interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Administer time keeping and employee benefits
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers for nationwide construction projects
  • Support in establishing and maintaining networks with recruitment agencies for talent pool and sourcing
  • Oversee employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contract signing, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Creating and initiating employee engagement plans, activities and programs and getting the necessary budget for approval of the said program/activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Good leadership, interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to legal compliance, health, safety, welfare and environmental policies and procedures
  • High degree of integrity and good problem-solving skill
  • Computer literate with skills in MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • AI Savvy
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR/ADM Assistant Manager is preferred.
